Scope of Services:

Gunter LTD shall provide digital marketing services to the Client, encompassing brand strategy, performance analysis, strategic growth planning, and other related services mutually agreed upon by Gunter LTD and the Client.

Payment:

The Client agrees to remit payment to Gunter LTD for services rendered, in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms. Payments shall be processed through the Stripe payment gateway, and the Client is responsible for any associated fees or charges.

Confidentiality:

Gunter LTD shall treat all information obtained from the Client as confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property:

Any intellectual property created by Gunter LTD during the provision of services shall be the property of Jasper Vandenberg, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Limitation of Liability:

Gunter LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall compensate Gunter LTD for any services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gunter LTD is based.

Modification:

Gunter LTD reserves the right to modify this Agreement, with written notice to the Client. Continued use of the services by the Client constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Acknowledgment:

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Client acknowledges having read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and agrees to be bound by them.
